can you link your progress photos? :) also i have been on an organic vegan diet for a month or two and have been practicing yoga and working out 2-3 times a week, how long do you think it will take to start seeing results? im about 115 pounds.

Assuming you mean muscle, since you’re not at a high weight, it depends on how long and how hard you work out and what exactly you do when you are doing Yoga and working out. It’s all different for everyone, we all have different bodies and body types, so I couldn’t really tell you. I can say that you seem to be doing quite good! Just keep it up and be patient, you will see results. Take progress photos and compare, you will definitely see them more than you would be seeing yourself daily. (: read more..
