Motivational Tool-Phases

Hi! I absolutely love using this blog as a learning resource, as well as a motivational tool. Please keep up the great work! I have a question regarding moving forward/pressing on - personally I go through 'phases' where I'm healthy and active, and then stop the activity and become sedentary and eat poorly. I know exactly how you feel! I don’t go through unhealthy eating kicks, but I go through (and am right now) not exercising phases. So this is a bit tough to answer. When you don’t feel like working out or are starting to get into the bad phase, just try to work through it and do a work out anyway. Don’t buy any bad food. Just think about how crappy it makes you feel and how truly disgusting it is.
