Accessible Chances for Everyone to Stop Smoking, A.C.E.S.S., is starting a free quit smoking group this Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. by the East Ottawa Community Family Health Team at 225 Donald Street. This group is offered in French. Nicotine replacement therapy, the patch or gum, is available to eligible participants at reduced cost. Childcare can be arranged with prior notice and bus tickets are also available if needed. What have you got to lose?
