thank you for answering my post earlier so quickly! I think you're right, I'm definitely going to go email a local instructor and see what they have to say :) I have one more question for you tonight, though! I used to be vegetarian but because of changing lifestyle (yay college life!) it's pretty difficult to eat healthy, let alone be veggie without doing it the bad way. Any suggestions? xo

You’re welcome (: I answer right away if I’m on when I get them.I think that all depends on your living situation. If you live in a dorm with a small fridge and I think I heard there’s small kitchen area’s somewhere… then it’s harder, but if you live in an apartment and just have no time or money… I think it’s a little easier. But either way, I do have some tips. Plenty of fruits and veggies. Especially fruits since they are easier to eat without having to be cooked. They especially go good in oatmeal with maybe some peanut butter for some added protein. Sandwiches! You might have noticed that I post a lot of sandwiches. They are so simple. Whole wheat or whole grain, avocado, tomato, and spinach. Affordable, quick, healthy, easy to prepare. The bread usually has a good amount of protein, too. And you can add vegetarian meats to that too. Either morning star and microwave them, or the veggie deli meat but personally, I don’t think those are very good. You can pack those and take them with you, too. Or prepare overnight and put in foil. Almond milk and whole grain cereal is good for protein, iron, calcium, and some other stuff (depending on the cereal). If you do have a stove, burrito’s! Beans are a good source of protein. Beans, cheese if you like, avocado/guacamole, tomato, whole wheat tortilla. So simple and also can easily be taken on the go. As long as you are eating the best you can, you should be fine. Something that I like is Ensure. It’s full of good things. As long as you can afford it. Nutrition drinks are so expensive! I also have a post on College dining hall nutrition tips if that helps! read more..
