Sandwich-Filling-Avocado-Food

what is a go to meal for you? something healthy filling and quick and easy to prepare

Hmm.. Depends on how quick you want it. Most of the time when I don’t feel like taking any longer than a few minutes to make Food, I’ll make a Sandwich with Avocado, tomato and spinach. Just slice, throw it on bread, and wa-la. I really never have to quickly prepare and fill up on food since I don’t go anywhere and it doesn’t take too much to fill me up. If you have time to prepare a smoothie, those are definitely filling. I know that’s more of a snack, to some people. But I do a lot of snacking when I’m hungry. Things like wheat thins with avocado, a banana, maybe with a granola bar. If you can take something with you, those are some good options. A sandwich is definitely the easiest ‘meal’ to prepare and fill up on. read more..
