me too! I was vegan for over a year, and the doctor suggested I start eating eggs again as my hair was thinning an awful lot, and I had a B12 deficiency. Awe, that sucks. You could always just start taking b12 supplements. I think it takes a lot of health knowledge to go completely animal-free and be healthy.
